1. You are interacting with AI
NectariaFit uses artificial intelligence supplied by OpenAI. AI helps screen messages, understand ordinary food and activity descriptions, estimate food calories and macronutrients, and write limited progress summaries. Assistant prose and estimates are machine-generated and may be incorrect.
2. Wellness tracking—not medicine
NectariaFit provides general wellness tracking. It is not a doctor, dietitian, healthcare provider, medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment service, or emergency service. It must not be used to diagnose or treat a condition, interpret symptoms or test results, select or change medication, assess pregnancy, manage an eating disorder, or make urgent health decisions.
For medical, mental-health, dietary, or exercise concerns, consult an appropriately qualified professional who can consider your complete circumstances. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
3. What you may and may not share
Ordinary weight, height, age, food, activity, and non-medical wellness goals are supported within the service's stated scope. Do not submit:
- diagnoses, symptoms, medical history, medications, or test results;
- pregnancy, disability, injury, allergy, or eating-disorder information;
- crisis, self-harm, dangerous restriction, or emergency requests;
- passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or one-time authentication links;
- payment-card, bank, government-ID, or insurance information; or
- another person's confidential, identifying, or health information.
4. Sensitive-message screening
The current message is screened before the main assistant receives profile, history, or selected-day context. A blocked message is not stored as chat content and is not included in future AI context; the service stores only a fixed safety notice and a non-content reason category.
Screening reduces onward disclosure but is not perfect. The screening step itself uses OpenAI and receives the current message. Do not rely on screening as permission to submit sensitive information.
5. No human monitoring or emergency response
Chat is not continuously reviewed by a person. The service does not alert or contact a doctor, emergency service, family member, employer, or other person for you. Automated screening may fail to identify a risk or may block an ordinary message. Never use the service as an emergency channel or assume that submitting a message means someone will act on it.
6. Estimates and calculations
- Food calories and macronutrients are approximate model estimates, not laboratory or manufacturer measurements.
- Portion size, ingredients, preparation, brands, and restaurant recipes can materially change actual values.
- BMR, routine outflow, calorie balance, and weight-goal conversions are population-based approximations, not predictions of individual outcomes.
- Activity calories use backend factors and the information you provide; actual energy expenditure varies.
- Missing information remains unknown and should not be interpreted as zero.
The service stores calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat as approximate food estimates. It does not establish that a diet is nutritionally complete and must not be used to evaluate allergens, contaminants, food safety, hydration, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, medication interactions, or whether a food is appropriate for a medical condition.
7. Your review and control
AI proposes structured actions but cannot directly write records. The backend validates actions and owns authorization and deterministic calculations. You can inspect, edit, or delete entries. Review results before relying on them, especially when a quantity, ingredient, activity, or goal may have been misunderstood.
8. No guaranteed outcome
Using the service does not guarantee weight change, fitness improvement, nutritional adequacy, safety, or any health outcome. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms or believe a recommendation is unsuitable.
9. Data use
Supported messages and selected context may be sent to OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy. Requests use store: false, but this setting is not a guarantee of zero provider retention. Do not include information outside the supported scope.
10. Questions and corrections
Report a safety concern or materially incorrect result to nanica71@gmail.com. Privacy questions may be sent to nanica71@gmail.com.
